Cecil "Poppy" Allen Lynch, 62, of Rogers, Arkansas passed away Wednesday in Springdale, he was born May 21, 1959 in Rogers, Arkansas the son of Claud and Rebecca Laughlin Lynch. Cecil spent some time in the United States Army and was a big Arkansas Razorback fan, he enjoyed fishing, playing or watching baseball, and did some boxing in his youth.
Cecil is survived by his wife Nina Lynch of the home, mother Rebecca Lynch of Rogers, one step-son Harold Turner of Rogers, two sisters, Reba Goff of Rogers, Sue Fancher of Gravette, two grandchildren Maria Turner, and Kowin Turner. The family would like to encourage that you wear some Razorback attire for he was a giant Razorback fan that we are sending on his final trip.Celebration of Life will be 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 23 at Rollins Funeral Home.
