Geneva Jeffords McAbee was born September 3,1925 in Marmaduke, AR. She passed away on October 24, 2017 from a brief illness. She is preceded in death by husband, Arvol McAbee, grand-son: Steven Feldman, sons-in-law, John Malamis and Sheldon Feldman, parents and siblings, nephews, cousins and friends.
She is survived by: daughters, Judy Feldman of Scottsdale, Az, Joyce Malamis of Dallas, TX, Joni Hansen, Dallas, TX, Jill McAbee, Rogers, AR. Also Barb Paulson, Michigan, Roskola Novak, Michigan, Karen Rife, Rogers, AR who "adopted" and loved her as a Mom. 6 grandchildren, one great grandson: Steven and Shawn Feldman, Marlo-Malamis-Brown, Kelly Hansen-Geer, Jack and Thomas Hansen and Cameron Feldman.
In her own words, "I was an original Rosie the Riveter welding tanks and riveting airplanes during WWII in the early 40's in Detroit. I always loved to sew, babysit (especially her niece Analisa Parr) and help other people." Geneva was loved and cherished by all who knew her. Her daughters are blessed to call her Mom.
