Larry Joe Shelley, 75 of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away on Saturday, March 6, 2021. Born on March 13, 1945, he is the son of the late Zelta Smith and Carl Shelley. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by his step-father, Everett Smith.
Larry moved to Rogers from Cassville, Missouri in 1969. In 1971 he wed Phyllis Ball, and they were married for nearly fifty years before his passing.
In addition to his wife, Phyllis, those left to cherish Larry’s memory include: son, Mike Shelley; siblings, J.D. Shelley, David Shelley, and Jacquie Howell; grandchild, Kendall Shelley; and three great-grandchildren.
