

Leroy Toliver, 86, of Rogers died Sunday, July 24, 2011 at his home that he built and lived in for 35 years. Leroy was born September 25, 1924 in Carlisle, Arkansas to the late Jesse and Jenny (Elmore) Toliver.
Leroy was a retired attorney for the federal government and a graduate of the University Of Arkansas School Of Law. He served his country in the Navy during WWII.
Leroy was preceded in death by his loving wife of 62 years, Marie Toliver, who passed in 2008, and two sons, Mick and Leroy Toliver.
Survivors include one son, Rick Toliver and wife Linda of Huntsville, Alabama; one daughter-in-law, Linda Toliver of Suwanee, Georgia; one adopted and beloved daughter, Shirley Ladner of Rogers; 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation for Leroy will be 1pm Saturday, July 30, 2011 at Callison-Lough Funeral Home in Rogers with a funeral service to follow at 2pm. Entombment will be at Benton County Memorial Park Mausoleum immediately following the services.
