Nelda Wilkerson Homan

Nelda met the love of her life, Leo Homan, in 2005. She and Leo had a wonderful few years together. She became a catholic and was active in the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, George Wilkerson.

Survivors include her beloved husband Leo Homan; sons, Jerry Michael Blaney and wife Jean of Wichita, Kansas, Phillip Lynn Blaney and wife Jan of Wichita, Kansas, Dan W. Blaney and wife Julie of Rogers; sisters, Ruth Parker of Peoria, Arizona, and Nancy Silvi of Dallas, Pennsylvania; ten grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.

Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20, 2011, with a rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m., in the Chapel of Callison-Lough Funeral Home in downtown Rogers. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Rogers. Interment of cremated remains will be at a later date in Omaha, Nebraska.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, 1416 West Poplar, Rogers, AR 72758, or Benton County Sunshine School, 3400 Woods Road, Rogers, AR 72758.
