

Nicholas was known for being an easygoing, selfless guy who took care of everyone around him. He would go out of his way to help anyone in need, regardless of whether or not he knew the person. He had a gentle spirit and could make anyone around him feel comfortable. Nicholas had a great sense of humor, and made people smile and laugh effortlessly.
Nicholas was born and raised in Rogers, AR, and he was a graduate of Rogers High School. After high school, he attended plumbing school. In his spare time, Nicholas could be found spending time outdoors. He enjoyed fishing and being in the country. He loved riding his dirt bike when he was younger, and competed in several BMX bike races. He enjoyed riding his mountain bike throughout the bike trails in the area. Nicholas also liked going to concerts and having a good time with his friends and family. He will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
He is preceded in death by: father, Larry “Mike” Porter; grandparents, Joe and Lou Vaughn; and grandmother, Ruby Porter.
Nicholas is survived by: mother, Linda Porter of Rogers; girlfriend, Cindy Van Tine; sister, Tammy Hunter of Rogers; niece, Maddy Hunter; nephew, Beau Hunter; as well as many friends and extended family members.
A graveside service will be held at Alabam Cemetery in Huntsville, AR on Monday, May 22nd at 1:00pm.
