

Nina Lea Burgess, age 69, of Garfield, died November 21, 2011, at her home. She was born in Low Gap, Arkansas, on November 10, 1942, to Emery and Blanche (Villines) Eastep. She was a homemaker and a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Rogers.
Survivors include her husband, Don Burgess; children, Jackie Youngblood and wife Kimberly of Garfield, Sandra Draper of Pea Ridge, Angela Elliott of Rogers, David Youngblood of Gentry, Tina Burgess of Rogers, Melissa Lowery and husband David of Stafford, Virginia, April Monk and husband Shawn of Bella Vista; fifteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Donnie Eastep of Avoca, Della Alderson of Ava, Missouri, Jean Ann Pruitt of Rogers; step-sisters, Betty Brandon of Rogers, Glenda Hyman of Pea Ridge, Carol Easley of Pea Ridge; step-brothers, Gary Fogle and Ronnie Fogle of Missouri, Dale Dover of Texas; and a host of other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her step-father, George Dover; a son, Larry Youngblood; siblings, Russell Eastep, Betty Ann Chambers and Lonnie Eastep.
Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 2011, at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Walnut Hill Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Ellis Doyle.
