Survivors include daughter, Suzanne Rich (Don) of Nashville, Tenn.; son, Paul Yates (Jodie) of Rogers; and grandsons Trevor, Andrew, and Nathan Yates.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2015 in Benton County Memorial Park, officiated by Rev. Rex Dickey.
Arrangements are by Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.
