Paul was a U.S. Navy veteran who served during the Vietnam War. After completing his service, he worked in Northwest Arkansas before retiring to enjoy life with his wife, Lisa.
Survivors include wife, Lisa Thi Oxford; children Billy Oxford (Corine) of Bella Vista, Becky Cawthon (Marvin) of Bentonville; step-son Donnie Troung (Sue Ann); brother, Jimmy Oxford; grandchildren, Michael, Kalie, Brittany, Jesse, Zoe, Ethan, Steve; and great-grandchildren, LaKenzie, and Ava. Paul was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, James and Darrell; and a sister, Patricia Owen.
Visitation will be 10:00 to 11:00 on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers, with funeral services to follow. Burial will be held at 2:00 on Thursday in Rambo Cemetery.
