Richard L. Cobb, age 77, passed away on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale after a long struggle with cancer. He was born December 21, 1943 in Ponca City Oklahoma, to Willie “Bill” and Ietta (Wheatley) Cobb.
He was a graduate of Oklahoma State University, Go Pokes! He loved family, football (the Chiefs and Packers) and basketball. Richard was a loyal friend to many.
He started his career at QuikTrip where he later became vice president. He worked as a highly successful retail management consultant for longer than 20 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother-in-law Bill Farris, nephew Ted Thomas, and niece Theresa Jones.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years Lynne (Marsh) Cobb; daughter Kirsten Ashley (Aaron) Sheldon; his grandson Eli Maxwell Justice, granddaughter Eleanor Justice; sister Adelia Farris; sister Melinda (Collyn) Goddard; loving in-laws; and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
