William Luin Clark, 102, of Harmon passed away Sunday, September 5, 2010 at his home. He was born October 28, 1907 in Eufaula, Indian Territory to James B. and Josephine Popejoy Clark. He was the oldest of nine children. He loved to camp and fish. He had camped on the Current River at Big Springs in Van Buren, Missouri for the last sixty years.
He was preceded in death by his wife Ethel Welch Clark in March of 1990 and a daughter Louise Eldridge in March of 1970.
Survivors include one son; Ken Clark and wife Tina of Ft. Smith, Arkansas and one daughter; Louene Eldridge and husband Ollie of Springdale, Arkansas, two sisters; Verna Larson of Ferndale, Washington and Lorene Rollins of Spingdale, Arkansas. Eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren
Graveside service is set of Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 10:00 at the Elm Springs Cemetery in Elm Springs, Ark. with Rev. Russell Kelly officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday September 7, 2010 from 6:00 until 8:00 at the Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.
