
She was born to Haggar Mann Ferguson and John Ferguson January 31, 1931, in Cedartown, Georgia.
"Nana" is survived by her son and daugher-in-law, Phil (Jan) Fergerson, granddaughters, Jamie (Max) Green-Fergerson, Michele (Dustin) Rikard, great grandchildren, Avery Rikard and Rowan Green-Fergerson and Yorkie, Gabby. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters and brothers-in-laws, Louise (Amos) Collins and Lorene (James) Wiggins, and brothers and sisters-in-law Roy (Mable) Ferguson, Pete (Edith) Ferguson, Ed (Melba) Ferguson and Bobby Ferguson. Bobby's wife Carolyn survives. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Special thanks to her loving caregivers, Lottie and Trina Ragland, Heyman Hospice team-especially Pam, Sharon, Shelley, Allen and Brandy, and the ladies at Chulio who loved "Nana."
A Celebration of Life was held at Daniel's Funeral Home, Sunday, September 7, 3:00 p.m. Dr. David Campbell and Alan Fuller officiated. The Rev. Warren L. Jones officiated at the committal service at Polk Memory Gardens.
Pallvbearers were Jerry Allen, Cody Brock, Mike Ferguson, Max Green, Dustin Rikard, and Tony Wiggins. Visitation was held at Daniel's Funeral Home from 2:00pm-3:00pm on Sunday, September 7, 2014.
