Eloise R. Simpson

Mrs. Simpson was born in DeKalb County, AL. on May 17, 1925, the daughter of the late Sankey Ridgeway and Delona Rucks Ridgeway She was a homemaker and a member of Anna Kresge Memorial United Methodist Church. Mrs. Simpson enjoyed baking and spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Samuel Wallace Simpson; a daughter Darlene Pointer and by two brothers Mack and Marian Ridgeway.

Survivors include a daughter Mrs. Diane Wiggins and her husband, Tony, of Cedartown; one son, Terry Simpson, and his wife Sandra of Cedartown; eight grandchildren a number of great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Graveside services were held Sunday, December 18, 2011 at Polk Memory Garden with the Rev. Rebecca Holmes and the Rev. Hen Kulp officiating.

The family received friends at Daniels funeral home on Sunday December 18, 2011 from 1p.m. until 2p.m, at other hour, the family may be contracted at the residence.

The following gentleman have been ask to serve as pallbears they are as followed; Anthony Dollar, Joseph Swords, Kevin Swafford, Drew Swafford, Tony Barzier, Jud Rutland and Tony Wiggins Jr.
