1919 – 2010
It is with sadness that the Jedlicka family announces the passing of their mother “Bessie” on September 14, 2010 at the age of 84 years at the Kindersley Heritage Manor.
Bessie was a very generous, caring lady, no task was too big or too small for her to handle. She made many a mile in her little green half ton in running errands or helping a neighbor. Her neighbor’s little boy would even run across the road to Bessie’s for her to pull his baby teeth. Bessie was a true friend and her openness always had a sense of humor. She was a very hard worker on the farm, seeing her with a team of horses and hay rack piled high with hay heading for home was a common sight. After she moved to Rosetown she became very active in Home Care. She drove many miles to help her clients.
Beatrice is survived by her sons Charles (Carol) and their children Brandee, Chuck, Josh, Ricky, Bobby and Josie; Jim and his girls Amanda and Kelsey; Wayne (Allyce) and their children Bradley and Jas; one great-grandchild Braeden; brother-in-law Jerry Lhota. She was predeceased by her parents Charles and Beatrice Kotaska, her husband James, brothers-in-law John Lhota, Ed Lhota, sisters-in-law Mary Lhota and Anne Kahovec. The Funeral Mass was held on Friday at 11:00 am at St. Theresa’s Parish with Father Pius Schroh as Celebrant. Memorial Donations may be made to the Rosetown and District Health Foundation Building Fund. Clements Rosetown Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
