RANKIN, Debra Joan
Born on August 14, 1954 in Sacramento, California, the cherished daughter of Carole and the late Robert Marengo, passed away on November 5, 2010 in Carmichael, California at the age of 56. A lifetime resident of Sacramento County, Debra graduated from San Juan High School. For several years she worked as the assistant manager for an apartment complex in Rancho Cordova as well as a counselor for abused women in Jackson, CA. Debra is survived by her loving mother, Carole Marengo, her sons, Christopher Stark and Robert Stark, grandchildren, CJ, Nicole and Cameron Stark, her sister, Vicki Pilant (Jim), her brother, Bill Marengo (Michelle), loving nieces, Amy, Jamie, nephew, Tony and many loving family and friends. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Tuesday November 9, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. at Lambert Funeral Home Chapel, 400 Douglas Blvd., Roseville, CA.
