“It is with heavy hearts and great sadness; we announce the passing of Leland Edward Browning, who passed away peacefully on the afternoon of July 1, 2021, in Roseville, CA at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends.
Leland was quite the patriot and an avid golfer.
