Marlyn Maud Davis

Marlyn Darrach Davis of Pleasant Grove passed away peacefully in Fair Oaks surrounded by comfort on February 17, 2023 at the age of 96. Marlyn is survived by: her loving son Leon (Glenn Anderson) Davis; Granddaughter Danielle (Bjorn) Johansson; Grandson Anthony (Katia) Golob; three great grandsons: Sean and Nickolas Johansson; and Luca Golob; great granddaughter Ada Golob; niece Ann (Tom) Darrach Harbert; several sisters; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Marlyn was preceded in death by her parents, Maud and Neal, loving husband Richard and beautiful daughter Leanne as well as her brothers and several sisters.

Marlyn was not only blessed with length of years she was also blessed with the joy of a large family. She was born on December 03, 1926 to Maud and Neal Darrach and enjoyed her family of four brothers and eight sisters. Aside from raising Leanne and Leon, she spent her time keeping her house well-manicured and ready to welcome anyone at any time. Marlyn had fantastic energy and zest. She was always up to date on current events and always ready to go to a casino where she often had many jackpots. Marlyn loved visiting and was always available to her family and friends.

Visitation will be held on February 23, 2023 at Lambert Funeral home, 400 Douglas Blvd., Roseville, CA 95678 from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on February 24, 2023 at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Howlsey Road, Pleasant Grove, CA 95668 at 11:00 a.m.
