Dick peacefully passed away on April 20, at the age of 81 surrounded by his wife and family. Dad was born in Huntington Park, CA to Herman and Mildred Kalinin and was married to Darrene Ulshoeffer for 59 years. Dad had two incredible brothers, Uncle Bob who preceded him in death, and Uncle Ron. Dad is survived by his sons Richard (Marci), Jeffrey (Toni) and Marc (Teresa). He was a fun grandpa to 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Dad’s first love was to his family and friends. He enjoyed a good laugh, a great round of golf and a nice glass of wine. We will always remember him for being a good person. Dad will be missed by all the lives he touched with his love. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, May 26th at 2:00 pm. at the Harding San Juan Masonic Lodge in Citrus Heights, California. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be sent to Shriners Hospital for Children, Northern California.
