Robert Dean Long

Robert Dean Long, age 82, of Lincoln, California passed away on Monday, April 4, 2022. Robert was born April 29, 1939. Bob passed away peacefully after a long illness. His wife, daughters and granddaughter, Haley were with him.

Bob was born in Trumann, AK to Robert Berlin Long and Millie Jane Long, (nee Johnson). He is predeceased by his parents, his brothers, Bill and Fred, and his first wife Marguerite. He is survived by his wife Linda (nee LaRue), his daughters April Niehaus of Elk Grove, CA, and Melody Traylor (Mark) of Dripping Springs, TX. Three step-children Andrew Fluken (Jamie), Alexander Fluken (Jessica) and Christie Lowe (Earle). He is also survived by his brother Larry of Rio Linda, CA.

He is survived by 12 grandchildren: Haley, Charlotte, Thomas, Luke, Hailey, Clover, Abbie, Maggie, Bryson, Beckett, Isaac and Wyatt. He would say: "Our favorite grandchild is the one we are with". He was adored by all of them.

Memorial Services for Bob are Saturday, April 30th at 1PM at First United Methodist Church, 6414 Brace Road, Loomis, CA 95650 (916) 852-0469
