Wayne Eugene Pepper, age 56, of Roseville, California passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2023.
A celebration of life for Wayne will be held Sunday, October 15, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Bridges at Life Community Church, 1002 Foothill Blvd #7102, Roseville, CA.
