Long Time Placer County Resident, William H Dillard passed away on December 12, 2010 in Carmichael, California at the age of 82 years. Born on November 8, 1928 in Alabama, William was a General Contractor for many years. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Johnnie Dillard of Granite Bay; His children, Nancy Dunavent and her husband Chip of Hercules and Carol Dillard of Roseville,CA. William was preceded in death by his son, Douglas "Doug" Dillard. Family Graveside Services will be held for William on Tuesday December 21st, 2010 in San Mateo, California
