Charles Cooter, affectionately known as “Papa Chuck” was born in Buncombe, North Carolina on June 14, 1934. Worshipful Master of the Roseville Masonic Lodge #522. Beloved wife: the late Jean Elizabeth. Survived by beloved daughters: Debbie (Nelson) Steinhebel of Clinton Twp. and Darlene (Curt) Hutton of Benton, Illinois. Loving grandchildren: Derrick (Dee) Steinhebel, Damon (Karen) Steinhebel, Danielle (Greg) Muir, Kelly (Jake) Koerber, and Jessica Hutton. Great-grandchildren: Kevin, Katie, Colton, McKinley, Alexa, Emma, Clara, and Mangolia Jean. Goddaughter: Tina Hoffman. Siblings: Danny (Helen) Cooter, Roy (Shirley) Cooter, and Joyce (the late Jerry) McCarthy. Charles was preceded in death by sister Mary Ann and brother Freddy.
