Ethan was a Junior at Roseville High School who was part of the robotics club, worked at the local Dairy Queen, and enjoyed gaming, hanging with friends, and fishing.
Ethan had a great sense of humor and loved his family dearly.
Ethan is survived by his mother, Theresa Watkins (Gerry Watkins), father Jasen Toepel, grandmothers Julia Berrios, Sharon Toepel, Connie Knight, grandfather Donnie Knight, sisters Jacklyn (Bret Keyser), Christina Laitinen, and brother Wyatt Toepel, nieces Julia, Autumn, Madison, Annalina, many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by father David Knight, grandfathers Howard Chandler and Mark Toepel.
At the request of the family of Ethan Toepel, in lieu of flowers, they are asking for donations in his memory to the REST Club (Robotics, Engineering, Science and Technology) at Roseville High School. Viewing will take place on Friday, February 4th for family from 2-3p, and open viewing from 3-8p, with a Funeral Service at 6:00 pm, and a 2nd day of visitation on Saturday, February 5th from 2-8p. at Kaul Funeral Home, 27830 Gratiot Ave, Roseville, MI 48066.
