Fred was born at Holy Cross Hospital in Detroit, Michigan on July 12, 1955 to Roy D. and Leona (nee: Rulkowski) Brousseau. Fred graduated from St. Ladislaus High School in Hamtramck, Michigan in 1973. Fred was self-employed in heating and cooling repair, maintenance and installation. Fred is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Teresa A. (nee: Horne). Devoted son of Leona Brousseau. Loving and respected father of Chris (Diane Ostapowicz) Brousseau, Kathy Ann Brousseau and Roxanne Marie (Johnny) Bradford. Adoring grandfather of Angela Brousseau, Austin Savaria and Emma Bradford.
