Lois Carol Frikken

Lois Carol Frikken, 94, passed away on October 28, 2025 in Sterling Heights, Michigan. She was born on December 25, 1930 in Detroit, Michigan, to her late parents, Fraser L. Murray and Emily-Amy H. Johnston, both from Scotland and who came to Detroit, Michigan.

She was the beloved wife of the late William Virgil Frikken, whom she married on February 18, 1949, in Roseville, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her children, Theodore and Thomas Frikken, and Toni DeVolder; her sisters, Jesse Willis, Evelyn Wood and Phyllis Schuster.

She was the mother of Terry (Lora) of Roseville and Timothy (Ruth) of Marysville; grandmother to Susan, Kate and Terry Jr; Joseph, Timothy, William, and Andrew; Kristina, Connie and Emily; Tommy Jr.; Great-Grandmother to 16 great-grandchildren, and Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Lois was so friendly and loved by so many. She retired from Kmart and liked traveling, cooking, crocheting, bowling, playing Bingo and the Tigers.

Visitation at Kaul Funeral Home, 27830 Gratiot Ave, Roseville, Michigan on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.

Interment will be at Cadillac Memorial Gardens East, 38425 Garfield Rd, Clinton Township, Michigan, Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 2:00 pm.
