Richard James Andela

Richard J. Andela, born February 16,1966, passed away May 25, 2025, at home surrounded by his loving family. Cherished husband of 37 years of Laura Rizzo-Andela. Beloved father of RJ (Courtney), Hunter, Miles and Alyssa. Adored grandfather of Opal. Cherished son-in-law of Carol and the late Gerald. Brother- in-law of Jerome (Rick) and Paul (Leslie). Proud uncle of Chandler and Tony. Predeceased by his parents Marlene and Reimer Andela and brother Danny. Much loved and respected friend of many. Richard was always putting others before himself, he chose to donate his organs and tissues to Gift of Life, demonstrating his selflessness even in death.
