Ronald F. Hewelt, 79, of Sterling Heights entered into rest peacefully in the presence of family on January 7, 2015. He was born January 18, 1935 in Detroit. Mr. Hewelt worked as a mechanic in the recreational bowling industry. He was predeceased by his wife, Mary L. Hewelt. Ronald is survived by his daughters, Cheryl E. Sieloff, Janis Giacoma and Bethany (Jim) Gourley; son, Jeff (Donna) Hewelt; and three stepsons Gerald (Virginia) Jacobs, Bryce (Robin) Jacobs, and Jason (Mich) Jacobs; ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Monday, January 19, 2015 in state at 11:00 a.m. with a rosary at 11:30 a.m. and mass at 12:00 p.m. at S. S.
