Mr. Charles Kenneth Coates, 70 of Johns Creek Georgia departed this life on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 surrounded by his loving family. Charels was born in Abbeville,AL on September 3, 1943 to the late John Wiley and Pauline Calhoun Coates. Charles was a Marine Veteran and was a Contractor in the construction business through out his career.. He is survived by his loving wife, Donna Jean Harrison Coates; son and daughter in law, Alan and Jennifer Coates, daughter , Wendy Clark; Grandchildren, Phenix Moore and Alysha Coats; sister, Dean Coates; brothers, Roger Coates and Johnny Coates. A Graveside service will be held on Monday, December 9, 2013 at 11:30 AM at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA with Military Honors. Roswell Funeral Home was entrusted with the final arrangements.
