

Born in Tehran, Iran on March 23, 1949 to late parents, Victor Odeh and Anahid Yousefian.
Elizabeth met her caring and loving husband, Gerald in 1978 in Tehran and she then migrated to America to be married. They were married for 42 years spending much of the beginning of their marriage living overseas. Their union birthed one child, Mary, whom she adored and loved dearly. The love and memories they shared will be held sacred forever.
Elizabeth led a career in retail. She spent many years at Sears and later retired from JCPenny. After retirement, she spent some leisure years at the Hope Store and Home Goods. Elizabeth loved to take on different crafts and enjoyed sewing. Traveling and making new memories was always special. Being of Armenian descent, her heritage and culture were very important. It showed in her cooking and even in her giving. She was always so caring in donating to Armenian charities. Her loving and compassionate spirit will be missed by all that had the opportunity to cross her path.
Along with her parents, Elizabeth is preceded in death by her brother, Vazgen Mirzaian.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Gerald; daughter, Mary and fiancé, Bryan Ott; sisters: Mary Merkertoon & family; Victoria Torossian & family, Katia Hovsepian & family; brother, Rafik Avedian & family; aunt, Apick Yousefian, and cousin, Mary Apick & family.
