Meadow, Evelyn Elizabeth Mosteller Goings, at a beautiful age of 89 passed on to her heavenly reward on April 21, 2011. She died in peace with the comfort of Family at the Cumming Nursing Home. “Liz” was a loving and caring Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, and Great Great Grandmother. She was a devoted wife. Her family and friends will deeply miss her kindness and her daily loving communications. She was a sharing and generous Southern Lady, and her life was filled with many Blessed adventures. “Liz” was involved with many social and church activities including the Roswell Woman’s Club, the Historical Society, Cancer fundraising activities, and was a member of the Roswell United Methodist Church from the time she was a baby. Pall Bearers – Grandsons: Keith, Chris and Greg Stroud, Alan and Drew Goings, and Great Grandsons: Zack and Nick Goings, Josh Stroud and Luke Stephens. Honorary Pall Bearers – Chessie Pelfrey Church Group. Visitation 3-4 P.M. followed by Funeral at 4:00 pm, Saturday, 4/23/11 at the Roswell United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Roswell Funeral Home, Roswell, GA.
