Eric Eugene Payne, age 38, of Duluth, GA, passed away on April 23, 2011. Born December 22, 1972, he was the son of Rick and Dee (Hassel) Payne. He was a graduate of the University of Cincinnati where he majored in Political Science. Eric had a successful career in Department and Specialty store retailing where he held various management positions. Eric loved spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his parents, Rick and Dee Payne; sister, Heather Brown and her husband Joseph M. Brown; niece, Jasmine Brown; and nephew, Joseph Brown. Eric’s visitation will be held on Monday, May 2, 2011 from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Roswell Funeral Home. His Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, May 3 at 11:00 am at Roswell Funeral Home with burial afterwards at Green Lawn Cemetery.
