Holland O. Cox, 90, of Atlanta, GA, passed away on October 2, 2011. As a proud Veteran of the US Army he served in the 101 Airborne Unit then went on to work for and eventually retire at Sears and Roebuck. He was also a life-long member of the Sandy Springs Masonic Lodge No. 124. Holland is survived by his daughter, Debbie A. Hammonds; granddaughters, Tabetha Lynn Burnett, Amber Katie Hammonds and Jamie Lee Hammonds; great grandchild, Julian Alejandro Rios; sisters, Montaree Richards, Betty Tatum and 12 nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held for Holland at Roswell Funeral Home on October 4 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. His Funeral service will follow at Roswell Funeral Home on October 5 at 10:00 am.
