

Johanna L. Joyner, 44, of Roswell, entered into God's eternal care on August 28, 2011. She was born on Novemeber 11, 1966 in Nashville, Tennessee. She graduated from Brentwood High School. She was a licensed hairdresser and Cosmetologist. She worked for Natural Body and achieved the position of Esthetician later in her career. She also made jewlelry. She served as a pet sitter with Fetch. She was a very spiritual lady throughout her life. She is preceded in death by her loving father, Frederick Joyner, on October 14, 2004. She is survived by her devoted mother, Barbara Joyner; brother, Craig and Lorie Joyner; nieces, Rachel Joyner and Rebecca Joyner, nephew, Ryan and Michelle Joyner; and several special friends. Visitation will be from 12 - 1 P.M. and the Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1 P.M. on Saturday, September 10, 2011 at Roswell Funeral Home, 950 Mansell Road, Roswell, GA 30076. 770 993 4811. Johanna had a big heart and spirit full of her love of life and compassion towards nature and humanity itself. JohJo was adventurous, playful, loving, witty, strong-willed, loyal, & courageous with a robust will to live. There was no air of pretense with Johanna. She gave you unfiltered rawness and a profound depth of someone who had dug deep to become her authentic self. Johanna was many things to many different people. She always had this uncanny ability to make friends with anyone whom she met by breaking down boundaries while at the same time leaving an indelible impression of comradery. She shall be dearly missed by those whom she touched.
