Justin was born in Saint Petersburg, Florida on September 25, 1982 and moved to Roswell with his parents and sister in October of 1984. Justin attended Mimosa Elementary School and graduated from Roswell High School in 2004. Although Justin had many physical challenges, his bright spirit, infectious laugh and smile touched everyone who knew him.
Justin is survived by his parents James and Phyllis and his sister Kara and her husband Ben Swilley.
A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held on Saturday April 29, 2017 at 1:00PM at the Roswell Funeral Home 950 Mansell Rd, Roswell, Georgia 30076.
