Mr. Lewis Nicholson “Nick” Anderson, 72, of Lithia Springs, GA. He was born in Atlanta, GA on Sept. 11, 1940 to Lewis W. and Harriet (Womack) Anderson. He served in the United States Navy at the age of 17 for 2 yrs then retired from Georgia Power at the age of 55 as a steam boiler operator.
He loved to tinker with things and was basically a jack of all trades. He enjoyed listening to music and going to the lake house property in the North Georgia Mountains.
He was a wonderful and loving Father Husband and Grandfather who will be missed dearly and remembered always.
He is preceded in death by his parents Lewis W. Anderson and Harriet Womack and his Step Mother Sara Ashley Anderson.
Nick is survived by his wife of 42 years, Pat; daughter, Cynthia; granddaughters Sara and Ashley; dog Jack.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. and the Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, Nov. 30th, 2012 both at Roswell Funeral Home, 950 Mansell Road, Roswell, GA 30076. Memorial contributions may be made to Guiding Eyes or the charity of your choice.
