

The world lost a Great Man on Monday, October 14, 2013. Mark Cole Mulkey, 59, was born in Atlanta, GA and retired with his loving wife, Peggy, in Cumming, GA. Mr. Mulkey dedicated his life to his family, friends, and work. Mark worked as a construction super-attendant making the city of Atlanta a more beautiful place. He was in charge of building the Stone Mountain's Cable Car Ride for the 1996 Olympics, renovated churches, hospitals, and many more projects around the city.
Survivors include his wife, Peggy Seymour Mulkey. Son, Matthew Cole Mulkey. Daughter, Marcie Mulkey Anderson and her husband, Jason. Granddaughter, Isabelle Jane Mulkey. Mother, Violet May Cox and his stepdad, Carroll. Brother David Lee Mulkey and his wife, Wanda. His beloved Mother-in-law, Carnie Brown Seymour; and many nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm Friday, October 22, 2013 with a visitation beginning at 1:00 pm at Roswell United Methodist Church, 814 Mimosa Blvd. Roswell, GA 30075
Interment will follow in Green Lawn Cemetery, Roswell.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Southeastern Brain Tumor Foundation, P.O. Box 422471 Atlanta, GA 30342.
