Melvin P. Wright, known as ‘Mel’, went home on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at the age of 66. Originally from St. Louis, MO, Mel lived in Roswell GA for 28 years. He had a wicked sense of humor, was a repository of massive amounts of trivia, and loved watching movies. Above all, he loved his sons and family.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Melvin P. Wright, Sr. and Norma Jean Berney. He is survived by his sons; Nathan Wright and Aaron Wright, sister; Cheri Warren, nephews; Chris Miller (wife: Barb) and Art Miller (wife: Laura), great-nephew; Ryan Miller, and great-niece; Jenna Coulter.
A memorial service officiated by Pastor Chris Stovall is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Monday, March 28, 2016 at Roswell Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will start at 6 p.m.
