

Michael Anthony Hunnicutt, a faithful, beloved, and resilient man, passed away on December 6, 2025, at the age of 71. Born on April 3, 1954, to James Lanier Hunnicutt and Melba Latrelle Hunnicutt (Bearden). Michael was a resident of Powder Springs, Georgia. He graduated from Sprayberry High School.
Michael worked at a medical processing facility as a forklift driver. He was known for his dedication and professionalism. His career was marked by his commitment and resilience, earning him the respect of his colleagues.
He is preceded in death by his father, James Lanier Hunnicutt, mother, Melba Latrelle Bearden (Puckett) and step father, Jere Andrew Bearden. He is survived by his only child, Tiffani Nicole Wingfield (Tyler), and grand daughter, Lauren Grace Wingfield, who both held a special place in his heart. He is also survived by several cousins and friends who will deeply miss him. Michael's love for his family and friends was evident in every aspect of his life.
In his personal time, Michael had a deep passion for music of all genres, with Elvis Presley being his favorite artist. His love for music brought joy and inspiration to those around him. He lived a full and happy life. As the song “My Way” goes, “Ive lived a life that’s full, and did it my way”.
A visitation will be held on December 12, 2025, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Roswell Funeral Home, located at 950 Mansell Road, Roswell, Georgia, 30076. Following the visitation, a funeral service will begin at 1:00 pm at the same location. The burial and committal service will take place at Green Lawn Cemetery & Mausoleum, also located at 950 Mansell Road, Roswell, Georgia, 30076.
Michael will be remembered for his faithful and beloved nature, leaving a lasting legacy for his family and friends.
