Renita Yvonne Davis

Renita Moyer-Davis of Alpharetta, Ga went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday July 3rd 2025 at Emory University Hospital In Atlanta, Ga. She was born in Erie,PA on December 20, 1958, the youngest child of late Thomas and Adell Moyer. She was a 1976 graduate of Academy High School in Erie, PA.

She leaves behind her husband, Fred Davis of 31 years of marriage; daughters, April Moyer and Thomasina Moyer; son, Darren Vincent; stepsons: Douglas Davis, Christopher Glen Davis Patrick Perna, Fred Davis Jr. and Jamal Davis; brothers: Donald Moyer , Billie Moye, Gary Moye (Joan), Larry Moyer and sister, Suzanne Moyer-Lawrence ( Jerry). Renita is also survived by 5 grandchildren: Yvonne Wright, Demarcus Flint, DaZhane’ Flint, Desmond McDowell, Phoenix Moyer; 4 great-grandchildren: Josiah and Carter Broome and Reign and Royal McDowell; 9 bonus grandchildren: Arionna, Jaydon, Jadore, Christopher and Deja Davis, Patrick Jr, Denali, Leilani and LaDainian Perna; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Emory Moyer.

Renita was a resident of Alpharetta, Georgia for over 29 years. She was an entrepreneur and owned RUnique Beauty supply for over the last 20 years. She had a love for all things beauty and enjoyed working out and going to the gym.

Renita was a faithful member of New Birth Missionary Baptist church where she attended in person and virtually for over 25 years.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 26th, 2025 at Roswell Funeral Home 950 Mansell Road Roswell, GA at 11:00 am. In honor of Renita's life, the family is requesting you to wear shades of purple.
