William Kenneth “Ken” Conant passed away in Johns Creek, GA on Saturday April 6, 2024. He was born in Boston, MA on September 21, 1956 to William E. Conant and June Palmer Conant. Ken grew up in Amherst, NH and attended Plymouth State College where he was a member of the TKE fraternity. In 1980, he moved to New Jersey where he met the love of his life, Joan, and was married for over 40 years. He retired from Kraft Foods after about 30 years in sales planning. After retiring, he worked at St. Marlo Country Club to pursue his passion of golf. He loved to play poker, cornhole, darts, and of course, golf. He greatly enjoyed spending time with family, particularly his wife and children.
He is survived by his wife, Joan; children, Steven Conant (Lizzie), and Andrew Conant; sister, Kim Molloy (Bruce); in-laws Raymond (Cheryl), Elizabeth, Tom, Cathy, as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Ken was predeceased by his parents, Bill and June Conant; in-laws Raymond and Elizabeth McLoughlin; sister-in-law, Bernadette; sister-in-law, Florence.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday April 26, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Roswell Funeral Home, 950 Mansell Road, Roswell, GA 30076.
