Arturo “Arthur” Ramirez, 67, of Sacramento, California passed peacefully into God’s presence on August 17th, 2021. Arthur was born in Sacramento, California on July 23rd, 1954 to the late Jesus and Amanda Ramirez. Arthur attended and graduated from Sacramento High School. Arthur worked for Southern Pacific Railroad as a bridge worker and in the SP shops until his retirement.
Arthur was a true outdoorsman and was always up for a spontaneous road trip. He enjoyed discovering a new adventure. Arthur loved spending time with family and friends and was known for his outgoing and boisterous personality. Arthur will always be remembered for his kindness and willingness to help anyone in need.
Arthur is preceded in death by his parents Jesus and Amanda Ramirez, and twin infant siblings.
Arthur is survived by his beloved daughter, Amanda, and son in law Kevin; his beloved son, Brian; and seven beautiful grandchildren, Elias, Jaelah, Gianna, Brian Jr, Juliana, Ginessa and Isaiah. Arthur will be deeply missed by his children, grandchildren, siblings, many nieces, nephews and many close friends he considered family.
