Chris was born on April 6, 1950 in Illinois to Carl and Ruth House. He served in the US Navy aboard the USS Kittyhawk during the Vietnam conflict He worked most of his adult life as a truck driver. He enjoyed working in the garden, shopping with his wife, spoiling his cats, and making everyone (including himself) laugh.
Chris was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Michael and Joel, and twin sister Shoshana. He is survived by his loving wife, Bette Jo, children Michael and Jennifer, brother Thomas, nephew Matthew, and many friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at Nicoletti, Culjis & Herberger Funeral Home, 5401 Folsom Blvd., Sacramento, CA on Friday, February 4, 2022 at 11:00. Inurnment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, 6700 21st Ave., Sacramento, CA at 2:00.
