Darlene Violet Mosloskie

Darlene is survived by her children: John (Michelle), Roy, Robert, Darlene, David, Kathryn and Karen; her grandchildren: Jeanine, Tami, Elizabeth, Michelle, Anthony, Maria, Brian, Sarah and Zoya; her great grandchildren: Elise, Connor, Shawn, Nova, Elliana, Avilena, Lilith and Adriana. Darlene is preceded in death by her daughter, June: her husband, John and her parents Roy and Frances.

Darlene was born on May 11, 1936 in Sacramento, CA to Roy and Frances Singley. She graduated from St. Francis High School in 1954. She married John Anthony Mosloskie Sr in 1956. She was a homemaker until the passing of her beloved husband and then went back to working for the State for 15 years until she retired. The couple welcomed 8 children into their home. Her children remember her as kind and selfless, and always being there to support them.

Darlene was very accomplished at sewing and made a lot of clothes for her family, she loved music, especially Elvis Presley, and she loved to dance. She was an active and dedicated member of the Catholic Church and well respected by the community.

A viewing at 4 PM followed by a rosary at 6 PM at All Hallows Church on April 29, 2026. A funeral is scheduled for 11 AM at All Hallows Church on April 30, 2026 and the burial will be at 2 PM at St. Mary's Cemetery. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Darlene's life.
