Elvin Gerald Midkiff, age 90, of Folsom, California passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2022.
A graveside service for Elvin will be held Friday, January 27, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, 5810 Midway Road, Dixon, California 95620.
