Born Ernestine Jacques in Walsenburg, CO, July 27, 1921, died July 28, 2015. 1 of 13 sisters and had 1 brother. Married in 1943, to Edward R. Grabinske, war hero, who died in 1995. Survived by her sister Lucy, and many nieces and nephews. Graduate of Huerfano County High 1940. Joined the Woman Marines in Feb. 1944 and Honorably discharged December 1945. Joined California State Guard then the State Office of Procurement for 35 years. Past President Ladies Auxiliary Post #67, active in Woman's Marines Assn, member All Hallows Catholic Church. She loved travel, good humor, and trips to "The Club".
