John Thomas Mulligan

Mulligan John T. a lifelong Sacramento resident, born on Feb 13, 1930, went to the Lord on March 8, 2016. John served his country with the Air Force during the Korean Conflict. When he returned, he went to work as a florist until he found his calling in the Sac City Fire Dept for 30 years. After retiring, he and his wife Pat traveled constantly with the T.T. Family pitching Horseshoes. He had a strong Catholic Faith and was a founding member of Holy Spirit and Saint Roberts Parishes. John is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Emma; siblings Fred, Emma and MaryAnn; and his loving and devoted wife, Patricia. He is survived by his 5 sons Tom (Rosemary), Tim (Irma), Terry (Olivia), Rob (Selina), Dave (Suzanne) and his 8 grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Thurs. March 17 from 5:00-7:00pm with a Rosary at 6:00pm, at Harry A Nauman & Son, 4041 Freeport Blvd in Sacramento. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 18 at 11:00am at Saint Roberts Catholic Parish, 2243 Irvin Way in Sacramento. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Loaves and Fishes.
