Jules was deeply loyal and devoted to her family and friends, especially her life partner, Alan Dismuke, with whom she shared 19 years. She devoted herself to caring for her parents and Alan in his final years.
A passionate supporter of art and music, Jules worked in the entertainment industry, assisting both emerging and established bands. She and Alan volunteered for years with Chalk it Up! to Sacramento, helping bring art to the community and providing a platform for local artists.
Jules loved organizing social events, from intimate gatherings to large celebrations. She created spaces where people, famous and not, felt welcome and appreciated.
Jules is survived by her brothers Eric (Joanna) Westreich, Barry (Barbara) Westreich, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A private memorial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to an animal charity of your choice in Jules' memory
