

Marc is survived by his Father Frank Torres Jr. and mother Carol Torres (Scruggs), of Sacramento; Brother- Derrick Torres of Folsom, Ca (Lisa McFarlin- Torres wife); Daughter - Tamara Torres - Burleson, TX, Daughter- Ashleigh Torres- Rushing (Jason Rushing Husband), Joshua, TX, Son- Tyler Torres Folsom, Ca. (Haley Gilbreath- Partner) Niece Marissa Quezada-Torres (Katya Quezada-Torres (wife)) grandchildren- Bella (Anabella) Anderson, Brady Anderson, Alexandra Dunn, Houston Torres, Jackson Torres, James Rushing, Karley Rushing, Jennifer Rushing. He is preceded in death by Frank Torres Sr. - Grandfather , Sacramento, Ca - Hope (Esperanza Torres (Nunez), Grandmother, Elizabeth Debolt Cox- Wilson (Tutu Lee) Grandmother Makawao, Maui HI.
Marc was born on November 07, 1963 in Sacramento, Ca to Frank and Carol Torres Jr. He graduated from Mira Loma
High school in 1981. He also attended American River College, Sierra College and College of the Siskiyous. He enlisted in the United State Marine Corp and served honorably from January 1985 to September 1992. He spent his career (30 years) in the Equipment Rental Business working at US Rentals/United Rentals, Sunbelt Rentals, EquipmentShare and ultimately owning his own Company- Patriot Equipment Rental and Sales, Inc. His children remember him as a loving, big hearted and assertive father who encouraged them to pursue their goals.
Marc was very talented in Sports, Baseball, Softball, Football. He was an All City Defensive Safety for Mira Loma High School and played for the United States Marine Corp Softball team. He was a fiercely loyal friend, a tenacious adversary and put love of family first. He was a coach for his children and the biggest cheerleader for his Grandkids. He supported his community and causes with every means he had available to his disposal. He always wanted the BEST from and for everyone and lived his life with intensity and intent.
A celebration of life is scheduled for
Thursday, January 23, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Destiny Church, 6900 Destiny Drive, Rocklin, Ca., with a reception to follow at House of Oliver, 3992 Douglas Blvd #140, Roseville, CA 95661.
Pastor Matthew Oliver will officiate the ceremony. Family, Friends and Business Associates are welcome to attend and celebrate Marc’s life.

Marc will be missed. He was truly a person that lived his life the way he wanted. Rest in Peace Marc Alan Torres.
