Myrna N. Cook of Sacramento passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side at the age of 93. She was born in Fort Collins, CO but moved to Sacramento with her mother in 1939. It was here that she had met the love of her life, William Cook. They were married just before he was sent overseas for World War II and spent the next 69 years in happiness. Myrna and Bill enjoyed a successful construction company and traveled extensively all over the world with friends and family. They also had 4 children together, Gene Cook (Mary), Jerrold Cook (Carmen), Ron Cook (Gail) and Kathy, who passed away at only 8 years old. She is preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband, William; and daughter Kathy. She is survived by her 3 sons, 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. A visitation will be held for her on Thurs. Oct 3 from 5-8pm at Nicoletti Funeral Home, 5401 Folsom Blvd in Sacramento; with a private committal service for the family on Fri. Oct 4.
