Roberta passed away in her home at the age of 79 with her family by her side. Born in Sacramento, California in 1941, Roberta was the third child of Floyd and Esther Briggs. She had an older brother Clint and an older sister Fran. She graduated from Sacramento High School and went on to work at the Weinstocks Department Store for 30 years--she loved a good sale!
Roberta married in 1959 to Don Henry until his passing.
She was a talented artist, an avid antique collector; accomplished jigsaw puzzle enthusiast and enjoyed natures calm in watching birds. She loved spending time at Lake Tahoe with her family and friends.
She was a loving and supportive mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Roberta is survived by her children; Debby, Don, Doug and Dixie; nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and one granddaughter on the way in June.
Roberta left an indelible impression on our hearts we will carry with us forever.
